01 · Context
Why this role exists
We do not build in an ivory tower. We need researchers who get in front of real students, professionals, and event attendees to uncover pain points, observe actual product usage, and guide our product iterations with evidence.
02 · Responsibilities
What you will work on
- 01Recruit target participants for usability tests, interview sessions, and prototype walk-throughs
- 02Conduct structured user interviews and field observation sessions across campus and professional hubs
- 03Synthesize interview transcripts and usage feedback into clear, actionable product insights
- 04Work with product design and engineering leads to validate or discard feature hypotheses

- Curiosity, empathy, and the ability to ask open-ended, non-leading questions
- Structured analytical thinking to separate core user needs from transient feature requests
- Clear, concise insight summaries that engineers and designers can act on immediately
- Proactiveness in reaching out to users directly in their natural settings
